RETURN CONDITIONS

In case of failure to comply with one of the aforementioned conditions, cirkoloroma.it reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at his expense. We will verify the quality of the product and proceed with the refund only if it meets the requirements of our return policy.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

On cirkoloroma.it you can request a return completely independently. Follow the instructions below:

1 - First log in to your account - CLICK HERE
2 - Complete the login
3 - Select the Order
4 - Choose which products to return and indicate the reason for each product.

The request will be taken care of by our operators.

*The return is the responsibility of the Customer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made to the same payment method used, from the moment the goods return to our logistics center.

POLICY

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember that the responsibility for the return remains with the customer until the package arrives at our office. Please note: Shipments outside of Europe are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means the final price does not include any import taxes or customs clearance fees. The customer is responsible for paying these sums. For more information, please contact your local customs.

PRODUCT CARE

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, packaged and with the tag still attached.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition, without signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original labels, wrapping and other accessories (dustbags, clothing covers, etc.) included in the package.

Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must be intact, undamaged and unused.

IS RETURN FREE?

Returns are free within 14 days, for all orders over €80.

*In case of returns for orders under €80.00, the full amount of the product will be refunded, excluding the €5 return service costs.
